Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Change of Mind

Let us know within 14 days from the order date by email (info@theskatewearcompany.com), unwanted items must be returned within 30 days. Return address will be confirmed upon receipt of email notification.

Item must be in original, saleable condition and packaging. See ‘Important Notes‘ section below.

Refund processed within 10 working days, minus original delivery costs.

3. Personalised & Made to Order Items

• Personalised Items: Non-returnable.
• Made to Order (items ordered from manufacturers): Non-returnable (not applicable if item is faulty)

4. Exchanges

• Accepted within 30 days of contacting us.
• Items must be in original  packaging and unused, complete with labels.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Exchanges may incur postage & restocking fees.

5. Cancelled Orders

• Contact us immediately if not yet dispatched.
• If dispatched, return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.
• Used/damaged items or those not in “new” condition may be ineligible for a full refund.

6. Important Notes

• Always use tracked/signed-for delivery options for returns.
• Include your order number with the return.
• Returned items remain your responsibility until received by us.
